When typing out time slips you need to put in remarks as much information as possible! A lot of time slips are too vague. You need to put what job your working, times at stations, departed times, arrival times etc.
Must type in as much information as possible to be able to have defense to get it paid!
1.) Article number is a must.
STEPS FOR PRINTING OUT DECLINES
1.) Must print out time slip
2.) Press button F4. Print employee remarks.
3.) Press F9 or some declines F6 for facts (only if highlighted) or both.
Make sure there are 3 copies!
Please remove perforated edges and carbon paper! Staple together and place in box.
